1325 Ambassadors Project Holds Third Workshop on Public Dialogue and Electoral Debate

As part of the 1325 Ambassadors Project, the

third workshop was held in Ramallah in partnership with B&HOPE and the Municipality of Geneva, with the participation of a group of women leaders from different regions. The workshop focused on a simulated electoral debate aimed at strengthening participants’ skills in public dialogue, critical thinking, and expressing political and social positions with confidence and clarity.

This interactive experience provided participants with an opportunity to understand electoral dynamics and develop their abilities in persuasion, debate management, and effective communication, enhancing their readiness to engage in public life and decision-making.

This workshop is part of an ongoing journey to empower women to move from knowledge to practice and to strengthen their role as ambassadors of change in their communities.

ضمن مشروع سفراء 1325، نُفذت الورشة الثالثة في مدينة رام الله بالشراكة مع B&HOPE وبلدية جنيف، وبمشاركة مجموعة من النساء القياديات من مختلف المناطق. ركزت الورشة على محاكاة مناظرة انتخابية تمثيلية، هدفت إلى تعزيز مهارات المشاركات في الحوار العام، والتفكير النقدي، والتعبير عن المواقف السياسية والاجتماعية بثقة ووضوح.

أتاحت هذه التجربة التفاعلية للمشاركات فرصة لفهم ديناميكيات العملية الانتخابية، وتطوير قدراتهن في الإقناع، وإدارة النقاش، والتواصل الفعّال، بما يعزز جاهزيتهن للمشاركة في الحياة العامة وصنع القرار.

وتأتي هذه الورشة استكمالًا لمسار المشروع الهادف إلى تمكين النساء من الانتقال من المعرفة إلى الممارسة، وتعزيز دورهن كسفيرات للتغيير في مجتمعاتهن.
