Women of the Sun Association held an introductory meeting and official launch for the “Voices of Change: Empowering Youth and Women For Inclusive Leadership and Dialogue Project, funded by the European Union, on July 28, 2026, at the Bethlehem Governorate headquarters. The meeting was attended by the Director General of the Governorate, Mr. Fouad Salem, representing the Governor, along with several Governorate employees, representatives from civil society organizations, and representatives from Taqaddam Foundation, the implementing partner for some of the project’s activities in Jerusalem. The meeting included an overview of the project’s objectives and activities, which aim to empower women and youth and promote leadership and community dialogue. The Association extends its sincere thanks to the Bethlehem Governorate for its hospitality, cooperation, and support for community initiatives.

نفذت جمعية نساء الشمس اللقاء التعريفي والإطلاق الرسمي لمشروع “أصوات التغيير”، الممول من الاتحاد الأوروبي، يوم 28/7/2026 في مقر محافظة بيت لحم، بحضور مدير عام المحافظة الأستاذ فؤاد سالم ممثلاً عن عطوفة المحافظ، إلى جانب عدد من موظفي المحافظة، وممثلين عن مؤسسات المجتمع المدني، وبمشاركة مؤسسة تقدم الشريك المنفذ لبعض أنشطة المشروع في القدس. تضمن اللقاء التعريف بأهداف المشروع وأنشطته الهادفة إلى تمكين النساء والشباب وتعزيز القيادة والحوار المجتمعي.كما وتتقدم الجمعية بجزيل الشكر لمحافظة بيت لحم على حسن الاستضافة والتعاون ودعمها للمبادرات المجتمعية.
