They watered and cleaned the garden and learned about the importance of caring for the environment. They watched two educational documentaries about the environment and its elements, as well as nature and the importance of protecting it. They participated in a game about stars and space, and created a windmill game to learn how wind energy can be used to generate clean electricity. They also enjoyed a game about seas and oceans, exploring how wind and water energy can be used to generate electricity and grind wheat and barley.

Through every activity, the children learned to reuse, create, play, and learn together.

Seeds of Hope Camp is more than just a camp; it is a space where hope grows, friendships blossom, and every child has the opportunity to create, participate, and shine.

في اليوم الثالث من مخيم بذور الأمل حوّل الأطفال ذوو الاحتياجات الخاصة قطعًا بسيطة من الخشب إلى ألعاب مستدامة من صنع أيديهم، واكتشفوا أن الاستدامة يمكن أن تكون ممتعة وبسيطة وذات معنى.

حيث رووا الحديقة وتعرّفوا على أهمية العناية بالبيئة.

وشاهدوا فيلمين وثائقيين تربويين عن البيئة وعناصرها والطبيعة وأهمية الاهتمام بها. وشاركوا في لعبة عن النجوم والفضاء. وصنعوا لعبة طاحونة الرياح ليتعلموا كيف تُستخدم طاقة الرياح لإنتاج الكهرباء النظيفة. واستمتعوا بلعبة عن البحار والمحيطات، وطاقة الرياح والمياه واستخدامها لإنتاج الكهرباء وطحن القمح والشعير.

فمخيم بذور الأمل أكثر من مجرد مخيم؛ إنه مساحة ينمو فيها الأمل، تزهر فيها الصداقات، ويحصل فيها كل طفل على فرصة ليبدع ويشارك ويتألق.
