Today we conducted a workshop under Project UNSCR “1325”: Empowering Women to Lead Positive Change and Decision Making , marking an important step in the journey of building knowledge on concepts of security, participation, and empowerment.

We began with the “definitions gateway,” where participants explored the meaning of equality, human rights, and women’s role in decision-making.

Each concept was linked to a real-life story and practical exercise, making the experience interactive and rooted in the Palestinian context.

This station served as a “roadmap” that will guide us in the coming stages towards practical initiatives that strengthen women’s role in decision-making at all levels.
