1325 Ambassadors Project Holds Second and Third Workshops on Democratic Participation and Leadership

As part of the 1325 Ambassadors Project, the second and third workshops were held in Hebron with the support of B&HOPE and the Municipality of Geneva. The training focused on strengthening women’s awareness of parliamentary elections, democratic participation, and decision-making.

Participants explored key electoral concepts, developed mock election campaigns, and enhanced their debate, communication, and advocacy skills through interactive activities. The workshops concluded with participants highlighting the importance of continuing such initiatives to strengthen women’s political participation and leadership.

ضمن مشروع سفراء 1325، نُفذت الورشتان الثانية والثالثة في الخليل بدعم من B&HOPE وبلدية جنيف، بهدف تعزيز وعي النساء والشابات بأهمية المشاركة في الانتخابات البرلمانية ودورهن في العملية الديمقراطية وصنع القرار.

تعرّفت المشاركات على المفاهيم الأساسية للعملية الانتخابية، وشاركن في محاكاة حملات انتخابية، إلى جانب أنشطة تفاعلية لتعزيز مهارات المناظرة والتواصل وبناء الحجج. واختُتمت الورش بالتأكيد على أهمية استمرار هذه التدريبات لدعم المشاركة السياسية والقيادة النسوية.
