Today marked the launch of the 7th Bateer Eggplant Festival, held under the patronage of the Sun Women Foundation, in a unique atmosphere that brings together heritage and local products, in support of farmers and entrepreneurial projects. The opening was distinguished by the presence of a high-level delegation, including the Governor of Bethlehem, members of the police force, the Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, and the Deputy Minister of Agriculture.
