As part of our efforts to strengthen community cooperation and empower women, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed today between Battir Municipality and the Women of the Sun Association. This partnership aims to support women-led and developmental initiatives in the town and enhance women’s roles in social, environmental, economic, and cultural fields.

The MoU includes joint implementation of training programs, community events, and the development of sustainable projects that empower women and promote their active participation in public life.

This collaboration reflects a shared vision of building a society based on justice and equality and marks a new step forward in fostering meaningful partnerships between local authorities and civil society organizations.
