On 19 September 2026, the second Mini-Parliament Skills meeting was held as part of the Voices of Change project, supported by the European Union.

The session focused on strengthening youth participation in decision-making and discussing key issues affecting Palestinian society, including the environment, cyber extortion, and bullying in schools. Participants reviewed relevant Palestinian legislation, identified key gaps and challenges, and developed proposed legislative solutions. One proposal was selected for a parliamentary simulation in the next meeting.

في 19/9/2026، عُقد اللقاء الثاني حول مهارات البرلمان المصغّر ضمن مشروع أصوات التغيير بدعم من الاتحاد الأوروبي.

ركّز اللقاء على تعزيز مشاركة الشباب في صنع القرار ومناقشة عدد من القضايا التي تمس المجتمع الفلسطيني، من بينها البيئة، والابتزاز الإلكتروني، والتنمر في المدارس. كما راجع المشاركون التشريعات الفلسطينية ذات الصلة، وحددوا أبرز التحديات والثغرات، وطوّروا مقترحات تشريعية، تم اختيار أحدها لتطبيق محاكاة برلمانية في اللقاء القادم
